The Minibond operation issued by Global Display Solutions S.p.A. ("GDS") and subscribed by Mediobanca SGR on behalf of the “Mediobanca Fondo per le Imprese 2.0” and Iccrea BancaImpresa, is a finalist in the "Growth" category of the Private Debt Award 2020.
The contest rewards the best operations aimed at financing growth projects by entering new market sectors, geographical areas or by developing new products and/or technologies.
The nomination as a finalist confirms the quality of the Minibond issued, proving the strength of GDS financial position and its ability to be innovative and to be competitive in international markets.
