The Bond, intended exclusively for professional investors, was subscribed by a pool of leading national and international financial institutions, including Banca Valsabbina, also acting as Agent Bank, Banco Desio, and Volksbank.
Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario acted as Arranger for the transaction. The pool of financial institutions subscribing to the Bond was advised by Legance – Avvocati Associati.
This transaction marks the Company’s third entry into the capital markets, following the inaugural minibond issued in 2016 and a second one in 2019, in line with GDS’s strategic objective of continuously diversifying its funding sources.
